The Independent Integrity Unit will be co-hosting a side event at COP28 alongside the Government of Rwanda titled "Catalysing Change: Advancing Integrity and Accountability in Climate Action".
The panel aims highlight the experiences of Direct Access Entities (DAEs) to provide lessons learnt in implementing good governance practices in GCF-funded projects. By doing so, the discussion will emphasize the importance of cross-learning and collective commitment to implementing transparency, accountability, and integrity best practices across multiple scales in climate projects.
It will be held on 10 December at the Rwanda Pavilion in the Blue Zone from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
