The 3rd Integrity Forum, organized by the Independent Integrity Unit (IIU) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF), is a flagship event aimed at promoting climate action by addressing climate finance-related integrity challenges. This event will take place from 5-7 November at IBS Tower in Songdo, Republic of Korea. The theme of this year's conference is "From Commitment to Action: Realising Integrity in Climate Finance".

The Forum will bring together GCF Direct Access Entities and experts to do a deep dive into integrity issues and engage in interactive group activity sessions.
The inaugural session of the GCF Integrity Forum was organised in 2019 in Madrid, Spain, on the sidelines of the UNFCCC 25th Conference of the Parties. It brought together 34 integrity officers from 30 GCF Accredited Entities.
Last year’s Forum in Bangkok, Thailand aimed to promote collaborative efforts in tackling integrity challenges in climate finance and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and integrity. The 2nd Integrity Forum also served as a capacity-building platform, fostering peer learning and collaboration to ensure compliance with GCF integrity standards. There were 56 participants from 34 Direct Access Entities at the 2nd Integrity Forum.
The 3rd GCF Integrity Forum will consist of a 3-day conference that will feature plenary sessions, interactive thematic sessions, and workshops to share experiences, best practices, and lessons learnt. Currently, there are 90 integrity professionals registered from 61 Direct Access Entities. The participants will take part in learning sessions and workshops that will cover GCF integrity policies, the investigations process, fraud in procurement, managing conflicts of interest, and many other topics. In addition, there will be a Knowledge Marketplace for DAEs and partner institutions to share their resources and 1-1 clinic consultation sessions where participants can meet directly with IIU or other GCF staff.
